How to Play Lucky For Life from Ohio

As Lucky for Life is a regional game, you must buy your tickets by visiting an authorized retailer in one of the 23 participating states.

In order to enter, you must select five numbers between 1 and 48 plus a Lucky Ball from 1 to 18. Alternatively, you can ask the lottery clerk for a “Quick Pick” ticket and you’ll get some randomly generated numbers.

A Lucky for Life ticket costs $2 per play, and each wager consists of two sets of numbers. Every ticket has five play areas.

Multi-Draw Option

You can enter the same set of numbers in multiple draws. You are able to enter in up to 10 consecutive draws.

How to Win

To win a prize, you need to match the numbers you pick to the numbers that are drawn. You are guaranteed a payout even if you just match the Lucky Ball, or if you match at least two main numbers. When to check the results?

You can look for the Lucky for Life results on our Numbers page. The winning numbers are usually published shortly after the draws take place, every evening at approximately 10:35 PM ET.
